56cm Purple Freshwater Pearl Necklace Successfully Delivered to the USA

In June, Fuxi Jewelry successfully completed another international pearl jewelry project for a retail customer in the United States. The order mainly consisted of 56cm natural purple freshwater pearl necklaces, specially designed for women's daily wear and boutique jewelry stores.

The customer first discovered Fuxi Jewelry through TikTok, where our product videos and factory manufacturing process attracted their attention. After several rounds of communication, the customer requested customized necklace lengths, carefully matched pearl colors, and premium gift packaging suitable for retail display.

The initial order included 200 necklaces, with a total project value exceeding USD 20,000.

One of the biggest challenges during production was maintaining color consistency across all purple freshwater pearls. Since natural pearls have slight variations in tone, our quality control team manually sorted thousands of pearls to ensure every necklace presented a harmonious and elegant appearance. In addition, the customer requested that every clasp be made from 925 sterling silver while meeting strict quality standards for the American market.

Throughout the production process, our sales team maintained close communication with the customer by sharing photos, production updates, and inspection reports. Samples were approved before mass production began, allowing the project to move smoothly without delays.

After final inspection, each necklace was individually packed in protective packaging before being shipped to the United States. The entire shipment arrived safely and on schedule.

Following delivery, we continued to provide after-sales support by assisting the customer with product care instructions and display recommendations. The customer expressed great satisfaction with both the product quality and our professional service. As a result, discussions have already begun regarding a second order involving pearl earrings and matching necklace sets.
