Order Process Details: In April 2024, during our participation in the Dubai International Jewellery Show, a UAE distributor visited our booth to inquire about colored pearl necklaces. The client indicated that their target market was primarily the Middle East and they needed a batch of brightly colored pearl necklaces in various styles to meet local market demands. The client's core requirements were: firstly, the pearl colors should encompass a variety of popular colors such as pink, purple, and white; and secondly, the necklace lengths should be available in 40cm, 45cm, and 50cm lengths to accommodate different consumer preferences. We immediately showcased our existing colored pearl samples and adjusted our production plan according to the client's needs, arranging for our factory to produce necklaces of different colors and lengths. Regarding the issue of pearl color stability, we recommended using natural pearl colors and conducted color testing on each batch to ensure color consistency within each batch. In terms of logistics, due to the complex import customs procedures in the UAE, we contacted a local customs broker to assist with customs clearance, preparing all necessary documents in advance, including certificates of origin, quality inspection reports, and commercial invoices, to ensure smooth customs clearance. After the goods arrived, our after-sales staff regularly communicated with customers about the product's sales performance and provided special care advice for the pearl necklaces, taking into account the climate characteristics of the Middle East. Customer feedback indicated that the product sold well in the Middle Eastern market; 600 of the initial 800 necklaces were sold within one month, and a follow-up order of 1000 necklaces was placed.
