Order Process Details: In December 2024, we sent marketing emails to our offline wholesale clients. One Norwegian client replied, expressing a desire for a batch of Valentine's Day pearl bracelets and necklaces. The client, a Norwegian jewelry wholesaler, requested a consistent style for the bracelets and necklaces, using rice-grain-shaped freshwater pearls in a simple and elegant 925 silver design that highlighted the pearls' luster and shape. Our design team held multiple video conferences with the client to gain a deeper understanding of their desired style and design concepts, ultimately creating three bracelet and necklace sets for them to choose from. Regarding pearl selection, we selected pearls with standard shapes and good luster from our freshwater pearl inventory and sent samples to the client for confirmation via express delivery. After production, we faced an urgent logistical need. The client needed to receive the goods within 7 days to attend an exhibition, while conventional logistics would take more than 10 days. We ultimately opted for international express delivery, ensuring the goods reached the Norwegian client within 4 days. After delivery, the client showcased our products at the exhibition and recommended our customization service on social media, praising our delivery speed and receiving positive feedback.
