Order Process Details: In September 2023, we sent out email marketing messages targeting high-end clients offering customized pearl jewelry. The French client replied, expressing a desire for a unique Tahitian black pearl ring as a 10th wedding anniversary gift. The client provided initial design sketches, requesting a platinum band, a 14mm Tahitian black pearl with a prominent peacock green overtone, and engraving of the couple's initials and wedding date on the inside of the ring. Our design team optimized the sketches, creating 3D renderings for client confirmation. During this process, the client made several adjustments to the band's design details, which we promptly revised and provided feedback on. Regarding the pearl's overtone requirement, we meticulously sifted through our imported Tahitian black pearl inventory, ultimately finding two suitable pearls. We then connected the client via video call to allow them to choose their preferred pearl. After production, we faced international logistics challenges. Since the client urgently needed the ring on their anniversary, and conventional logistics took over 15 days, we ultimately opted for international express delivery, paying an additional expedited fee to ensure the ring reached the client in Paris, France, within 7 days. After the goods were delivered, the customer sent an email expressing that the ring perfectly met their expectations, with an exquisite design and excellent pearl quality, and gave high praise to our customization service and logistics solutions.
