Order Process Details: In June 2023, a client inquired about Edison pearl bracelets through our Alibaba International Station store. They stated that their jewelry store in downtown Sydney specializes in high-end pearl jewelry and wanted to customize a batch of Edison pearl bracelets to suit the aesthetic preferences of local consumers. The client's core requirements were that the bracelets include sandalwood beads, and that all Edison pearls have a color uniformity of over 95%. We immediately arranged for our design team to design five pendant styles incorporating local elements based on the client's needs. We communicated with the client online to refine details, ultimately finalizing three mass-production styles. Regarding the issue of pearl color uniformity, we selected 2000 12-13mm pearls from our Edison pearl inventory. Using professional color grading equipment, we meticulously graded these pearls, ultimately selecting 800 pearls that met the color uniformity requirements, ensuring consistent color for every pendant. After production, we assisted the client with Australian import customs clearance procedures, preparing all necessary documents in advance, including certificates of origin and quality inspection reports, ensuring smooth customs clearance and arrival at the client's store three days ahead of schedule. During the after-sales phase, we regularly follow up with customers to understand product sales and provide them with online training services on pearl care. The customer stated that the customized pendant received a warm response in the local market, selling 120 pieces in the first month after its launch, and highly praised our design capabilities and product quality.
