Order Process Details: In January 2024, a vintage jewelry store in the UK inquired about Edison pearl brooches through our independent website. They stated that their store specializes in vintage-style jewelry and needed a batch of uniquely designed Edison pearl brooches to attract customers. The client's requirements were that the brooch designs incorporate British vintage elements, while maintaining the natural shape of the pearls without excessive artificial modification. Our design team referenced Victorian-era jewelry design styles, combined with the natural shape of Baroque pearls, and designed 10 different brooch styles for the client to choose from. The client ultimately selected 5 designs for mass production. Regarding pearl selection, we chose pearls with unique shapes and good luster from our Edison pearl inventory to ensure the uniqueness of each brooch's pearls. During production, the client requested an antiquing treatment on the silver parts of the brooches to enhance the vintage feel. We immediately adjusted the production process, adding an antiquing step. For logistics, due to the client's concern about damage during transportation, we used customized shockproof packaging. Each brooch was individually placed in a velvet box, then packed into a cardboard box with foam cushioning. After the goods arrived in the UK, our after-sales staff proactively contacted the customer to inquire about the product's acceptance and provided cleaning and maintenance advice for the brooches. Customer feedback indicated that the product's vintage style perfectly matched the store's positioning, and it was well-received by consumers after its launch; 38 of the first 50 brooches were sold within two weeks.
