Order Process Details: In August 2024, a South Korean cosmetics chain inquired about pearl bracelet sets through our AliExpress store. They stated they planned to use the pearl bracelet sets as promotional gifts with their cosmetics sets and needed a batch of reasonably priced, consistently high-quality products. The client's core requirements were: firstly, the pearls should be 5-6mm in diameter, baroque style, and have a basic luster; secondly, the bracelets should be made of 925 silver; and thirdly, the packaging should match the style of the cosmetics sets, using a pink color scheme. We immediately adjusted our production plan, arranging for our factory to produce pearl bracelet sets that met these requirements. Regarding the pearl quality, we developed specific selection criteria to ensure that every pearl met the client's specifications. For the packaging design, our design team created three different pink styles based on the cosmetics set packaging provided by the client, and the client ultimately selected one. In terms of logistics, due to the large order quantity and the need for unified delivery before the cosmetics promotion began, we opted for sea freight to reduce costs. We also coordinated with the factory to complete production 10 days ahead of schedule to ensure sufficient transit time. After the goods arrived in South Korea, we assisted the client with customs clearance and arranged after-sales personnel to track product usage feedback. The client reported that the pearl bracelet set was well-received by consumers, and sales of the cosmetic set increased by 25% compared to before, leading to an additional order of 1,500 sets.
