Order Process Details: In June 2024, a German fashion jewelry store inquired about freshwater pearl earring sets through our online store. They stated that their store specializes in minimalist and stylish jewelry and needed a batch of pearl earring sets suitable for everyday wear. The client required the set to contain perfectly round 5-6mm freshwater pearls, with the earrings made of 925 sterling silver. They also requested a simple and elegant packaging design suitable as a gift. Our design team created three different packaging styles for the client to choose from, and they ultimately selected a simple white gift box. Regarding material requirements, we rigorously selected 925 sterling silver raw materials to ensure compliance with German material standards. We also conducted quality inspections on each pair of earrings to guarantee the pearls' luster and roundness met requirements. During production, the client requested that their brand logo be engraved on the back of the earrings. We immediately adjusted our production process, adding a laser engraving step. Regarding logistics, since the customer needed to receive the goods before the summer promotion in Germany, we coordinated with the factory to expedite production, compressing the original 40-day production cycle to 25 days. We also selected a dedicated European logistics line to ensure the goods arrived at the customer's store in Berlin, Germany, within 10 days of production completion. Upon arrival, the customer reported that the packaging and quality of the products met expectations, and sales significantly increased during the promotional period, with sets accounting for 40% of the store's pearl jewelry sales.
