Order Process Details: In March 2022, while participating in the Las Vegas Jewelry Show, this distributor proactively visited our booth to inquire about freshwater pearl charms. The client stated that their chain of jewelry stores, specializing in high-quality everyday jewelry at competitive prices, urgently needed a batch of stable-quality, reasonably priced freshwater pearl charms to supplement their product line. During the communication process, the client raised two core requirements: first, the products must pass the US FDA jewelry material testing; second, the goods must arrive at our Los Angeles warehouse within 45 days, otherwise they would miss the local summer sales peak. Regarding the first requirement, we immediately arranged for our quality inspection department to expedite material testing on the corresponding batch of pearl charms and simultaneously contacted a third-party authoritative testing agency to issue a test report compliant with US standards. All testing procedures were completed and submitted to the client in just 7 days. Regarding logistics timeliness, we compared several international logistics service providers and ultimately chose DHL, which offers expedited air freight services. At the same time, we coordinated with the factory production department to optimize the production process, compressing the original 30-day production cycle to 15 days, ensuring that the goods were shipped out as soon as production was completed. Upon arrival of the goods, we arranged for a dedicated after-sales representative to proactively contact the customer to inquire about the product acceptance and provided a care manual for the pearl charms, as well as after-sales repair contact information. The customer reported that the product quality met expectations and the logistics timeliness fully satisfied their sales plan. Subsequently, they placed an additional order for 800 pearl charms and expressed their willingness to cooperate long-term.
